I was kind of a challenging customer because I was out of state and his office was in Sarasota the home purchase was in North Port Florida. It's never been a problem for Eric he went to the house multiple times to check on vendors to complete work to complete the sale. Always kept in contact with insurance company title company and finance company always with very knowledgeable and quick response times. As you know buying and selling homes can be very stressful I think this is Eric's greatest asset always keeping a cool and professional head on his shoulders which made it a very enjoyable process.
